Save Time & Money
For each building, it takes 5 hours per month to comply with resident engagement without resi-engage
We are saving property managers 5 hours per month for each building, which would otherwise need to be spent on engaging with residents.
While legislation is updated and adapted, we will keep resi-engage up to date with compliance.

What you need to do to comply with the Act
Measure engagement monthly by analysing response rates and create charts to represent the information
Update residents on all building safety works and include information on how disruption is being mitigated
Create and share a resident engagement strategy with all residents and owners over the age of 16
Review your resident engagement strategy every 2 years
Share safety documentation with residents
Create and share a list of safety documentation residents can request and respond to all requests
Survey residents about their needs and preferences
Educate residents of their duties under the Building Safety Act
Provide contact details to residents and owners for those responsible for safety in the building
Consult with residents on building safety decisions - consultations must be at least 3 weeks
Communicate with the non-English speakers
