Inside ItBox: Grace Shares Her Reflections on Working, Learning, and Growing

Reflecting on My time at ItBox  

For the last seven weeks, I have worked as part of the Customer Success team at ItBox. I have absolutely loved my time here and it has been such an invaluable experience.  

Working for a start-up meant that no two days looked the same. Some were spent brainstorming product ideas and planning platform improvements, while others involved creating marketing resources and problem-solving for clients. It gave me a real sense of what it takes to build and run a business and the successes and challenges that come with it.  

One of my highlights was getting to work on our pitch for the UKPA PropTech Startup Showcase – coming together as a team and putting into words what makes ItBox so important was hugely rewarding.  

In fact, the people behind ItBox are a huge part of what made my time here so memorable. Not only did I feel welcomed and valued from the get-go, but also everyone's knowledge and expertise mean I am leaving with skills, experience, and insights that I know will continue to serve me well into the future.  

I am so grateful I had the opportunity to be part of ItBox during this phase of its journey. I hope the business continues to grow and succeed, and I’d love to come back in the future and see how far it’s come!
